Provide a segmented focus of the southern European arena that allows companies to provide tactical planning for CRM strategies which take into account the significant differences in how business is done between the northern and southern areas of Europe.

We will ensure these measurable benefits for our Clients and their respective customers via local call center sites in France, Italy and Spain which provide a strong geographical proximity/cultural identification. For economical offshore solutions in Morocco, a strong cultural proximity coupled with the highest standards in language/educational levels will be ensured. The Nest Call Center group will above all strive to achieve the lowest industry employee turnover, high level of employee motivation focused on the Client’s culture, up to date technology and complete remote access controls for the Client’s dedicated staff and site.

Nest Call Center will not strive to cover the World, but will provide leadership in its area of expertise, the southern European arena.
